54 THIRD GRADE STUDENTS / 54 FOURTH GRADE STUDENTS

Burch Charter School of Excellence (BCSE) is currently accepting pre-registration information from interested parents.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

 Please follow these steps to complete the registration process:

1.  Fill out your pre-registration form and email or bring it to:  

                             Burch Charter  School of Excellence, 100 Linden Avenue,  Irvington, NJ 07111

2.  You will receive a lottery number via email or in person

3.  Announcement of lottery day, date and time will follow

4.  Pre-acceptance letters will be sent out following the lottery

5.  Upon completion and submission of all required documentation, your child(ren)

     will be fully enrolled.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION - REGISTRATION PACKET(S)

This information is required to complete enrollment of your child(ren) in the Burch Charter School of Excellence

                             _____BIRTH CERTIFICATE/PASPORT/VISA/GREEN CARD

                             _____IMMUNIZATION RECORD (MUST INCLUDE TUBERCULIN

                                       TEST WITH RESULT)

                            _____PHYSICAL EXAMINATION-HEALTH

                            _____PROOF OF RESIDENCY (OFFICIAL GOV'T AGENCY LETTERS,

                                        IRS, UTILITY BILL, HOME HONE OR PSE&G, BANK STATEMENT,

                                        SIGNED LESE OR MORTGAGE STATEMENT)

                            _____A PHOTOCOPY OF PREVIOUS IEP FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION

                                       STUDENTS, IF APPLICABLE

                            _____CUSTODY OR GUARDIANSHIP PAPERS, IF APPLICABLE

                            _____COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORMS

INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION PACKETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
